This episode’s guest is Roger van Riet, the current president of SECEC and a former president of the Belgian Society of Shoulder and Elbow Surgery. He shares his journey with Sebastian and Juan, starting from his childhood, his initial cycling aspirations, his physiotherapist past and how he eventually chose a medical career. He discusses pivotal moments in his career including his fellowship in Mayo Clinic and in Australia and his mentorship with influential figures such as Dr. Morrey and Dr. O’Driscoll.
